  • 8 ounces of chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 sweet potato
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 table spoon of fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil/ghee
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers


  1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into squares and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut onion, zucchini, bell pepper and sweet potato into squares.
