“A healthy Salmon salad For Your Healthy Lunch Routine”

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup of walnuts
  • ½ cup of diced celery
  • 1 apple
  • ½ Pound of fresh salmon
  • ½ onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves to serve
  • 1 tsp. ghee

Process

  1. Chop the walnuts.
  2. Slice the apple.
  3. Dice the celery.
  4. Chop the onion.
  5. Season the salmon with salt.
  6. Heat a pan with 1 tsp of ghee and cook the salmon for one minute on each side.
  7. In a bowl, stir the walnuts celery, onion, and apple and lemon juice.
  8. Serve 2 lettuce leaves on a plate; place Waldorf salad over the lettuce leaves. Serve with salmon.
