  • 3 Ounces of turkey ham
  • ½ Cup of broccoli
  • ½ Red onion
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3 Chives
  • 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil/ghee
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 6 Muffin tins


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease the muffin tins with coconut oil.
  3. Cut the ham in little squares.
  4. Chop chives and onion.
  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the chives, ham, onion and broccoli.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffin tins.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
